A dozen years ago, Miné Esen came to the United States after graduating from college in her native Turkey because she wanted to learn English and go to graduate school. It wasn’t easy, but after studying Industrial and Systems Engineering while working at nights and on the weekends, she eventually found success as a software engineer. Still, she longed for a way to reconnect with her Turkish culture. Miné’s desire to share her country’s beautiful, rich heritage with the American people she’d come to know and love inspired the creation of Anatolia Arts.
With the help of her brother, Zafer, and her husband, Chris, Miné has carefully selected the expert artisans who create Anatolia Arts’ unique and authentic jewelry. Today, the company is known for curating the highest quality modern and traditional Turkish designs – each piece is individually handmade, resulting in exquisite, unique pieces with international appeal.
